This revitalizing full body yoga class will incorporate a blend of breathwork with creative flows, allowing your body to move fluidly over your mat. Expect a dynamic and grounding mix of Meditation, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Hatha and Restorative yogas. Leave class with the feeling of harmonious rooting, fully preparing you for your week ahead. Mats available to rent for $2 Please arrive on time, no entry after 5 minutes. * 12 hour cancelation policy. Canceling class within 12 hours will forfeit your class credit. * * For Citrine/Unlimited Class Pack members: If canceling within 4 hours or not showing up for a scheduled class will result in a $10 late cancel/no show fee.
