Experience Spyre's Floating Sound Bath! You will lie down in a comfortable position on a raft while floating in our pool and meditate to the ethereal sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, harps and voice. An end of the day Floating Sound Bath will promote the release of tension and restoring your body's natural rhythm. The calming sounds of the Sound Bowls surrounded by water will carry you away to your most safe & peaceful place. Leaving you feeling rejuvenated & clear minded for your weekend. Swimsuit not needed Please arrive early, no entry after 5 minutes. Must be 18 years of age and able to swim independently. * 12 hour cancelation policy. Canceling class within 12 hours will forfeit your class credit. *
