All movers are welcome in this 60-minute, non-weight bearing, rhythmic movement practice focused on spinal articulation, joint mobility, and core strength. Arch, curl and spiral in this “yoga for the spine” class–and walk out feeling taller, lighter and more energized. All levels. Both gentle enough for non-movers, and deep enough for active individuals. ** Please arrive on time, there will be no entry 5 minutes after start time
