About this event
Quick and sweaty. Our signature HIIT class condensed into 30 minutes. We're bringing the intensity with challenging cardio and strength circuits to give you the biggest bang for your burn. You will be coached through balanced full-body circuits using weights, slam balls, bands, and more. Best part? Every class ends with a guided recovery on the foam roller. Clean sneakers or grippy socks required. Class is heated (not hot!), so come ready to drip drip!
