This circle includes a gentle, restorative blend of: Breathwork and Sound Healing to ground the nervous system and open space within Guided visualization to reconnect you with your inner vision and intuition Journaling prompts to translate insight into intention Sharing in a Sacred Circle to feel witnessed, supported, and inspired You’ll leave feeling more creative, courageous, and connected—both to yourself and to what you’re calling in.
