VINYASA FUSION - ALL LEVELS InRhythm is an astrology-informed movement fusion experience created to connect us more deeply to ourselves within the cycles and seasons of life. Through a combination of breath, yoga, qi gong, primal flow, and therapeutic practices, we’ll experience synchronicity with the stars. With emphasis on the New and Full Moons and a bi-weekly astrology update, we’ll set clear intentions and move with the cadence of the cosmos. More than a class, InRhythm is a ritual, an introspective journey of self-care and self-study. This is space carved out for your own healing and reflection, designed to help you create alignment and awareness over a two-week period. InRhythm is the first of its kind in New Orleans, an entirely new experience. Join Emelie for a soulful journey that connects you to the cosmos, your body, and your inner rhythm. Please arrive on time, there will be no entry 5 min after class start time. Please bring a mat or rent one of ours for $2 * 12 hour cancelation policy. Canceling class within 12 hours will forfeit your class credit. * * For Citrine/Unlimited Class Pack members: If canceling within 4 hours or not showing up for a scheduled class will result in a $10 late cancel/no show fee.
