FloorWork & MoreWork is an empowering session designed to build the raw strength and fluid control needed for heels-based movement and floor choreography. This class focuses deeply on the stretching, conditioning, and technique repetition that will enhance movement through intention, sensuality, and technical precision. What to expect: ● Deep conditioning: Targeted strength and flexibility. ● Technique repetition: Build muscle memory for clean lines. ● Intentional movement: Master transitions with technical precision. ● Open Level: Modifications are always provided. What to bring: ● Water, sweat towel, knee pads, socks. ● Heels: Booties for ankle support, or closed toe pumps (No wedges, nor strapped sandals).
