A gentle space to restore, reflect, and connect. In the beautiful chaos of early motherhood, finding a moment to breathe can feel impossible. This 45-minute Soundbath is lovingly designed just for you and your little one (6 weeks to crawling). Nestle in as soothing live sound from healing instruments washes over you both—think gentle chimes, singing bowls, and calming tones that melt away tension. While you relax, Skye will softly guide you through simple restorative yoga poses (fully supported and baby-friendly), tender baby massage techniques, breathwork to center your nervous system, and sweet moments of singing and mindful connection with your baby. This is your invitation to slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, and nurture the bond with your little one in a warm, supportive circle of other mothers. No experience needed—just come as you are, with your baby in arms or nearby. Leave feeling calmer, more connected, and gently replenished. Spaces are limited—come give yourself this gift. Bring what’s needed for your baby (blanket, toys, ect.). Mats will be provided
