Northshore Rising Sun Sangha meets in-person at NSUUS the third Sunday of each month from 4-6pm. The next meeting is Sunday, September 20th.
This sangha (people who practice meditation and study the dharma together) practices Zen Meditation in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
The experience includes guided meditation, walking meditation and silent meditation as well as dharma discussion based primarily on the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. All are welcome to practice with the group. You can bring your practice cushion or sit in chairs provided.
