New Moon Sound Bath

About this event

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience. This is an opportunity for deep healing and relaxation...all that you need is an open heart and an open mind. During this hour-long session, you will lie down in a comfortable position and meditate to the ethereal sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, harps, and voice. The gentle yet powerful waves of sound synchronize with your brainwaves, promoting the release of tension and restoring the body's natural rhythm. Because deep relaxation is the intention of this experience, your comfort is of the highest importance. Blankets and bolsters will be provided in the studio during the session for your comfort. Entry will not be allowed 5 minutes after the class has started. * 12 hour cancelation policy. Canceling class within 12 hours will forfeit your class credit. * * For Citrine/Unlimited Class Pack members: If canceling within 4 hours or not showing up for a scheduled class will result in a $10 late cancel/no show fee.
