VINYASA - ALL LEVELS - HEATED Vinyasa-inspired flows are always different and approachable. Each teachers style is dynamic and adaptable to a variety of skill levels. You will learn how to bring your mind and body together through breath and movement. Classes will create a safe container to discover, create, and sustain connection to your own body and breath. Expect to sweat, move, rest and even surprise yourself! The studio is heated using infrared panels, supporting detox, circulation and a deeper reset. Bring your own mat or rent one on site. No entry will be allowed 5 minutes after the class has started. * 12 hour cancelation policy. Canceling class within 12 hours will forfeit your class credit. * * For Citrine/Unlimited Class Pack members: If canceling within 4 hours or not showing up for a scheduled class will result in a $10 late cancel/no show fee. Applied once a week for each class missed *
