KUNDALINI FUSION - ALL LEVELS A Kundalini inspired classes are powerful and mind-shifting. Come to experience and know your own strength. Leave feeling connected to your power and intuition. Through a combination of repetitive breath, movement and mantra, you’ll awaken your energy and flow. You will be guided through a set, called a Kriya, with movements and breathing, followed by a meditation. All Kriyas are unique with specific postures and breath to work toward a particular outcome. Some are for mental strength, some for healing, some for abundance, and some for love. You’ll leave the class in an entirely different headspace having connected with the mind, body and spirit. Please bring a mat or rent one here for $2 Please arrive on time, no entry after 5 minutes. * 12 hour cancelation policy. Canceling class within 12 hours will forfeit your class credit. * * For Citrine/Unlimited Class Pack members: If canceling within 4 hours or not showing up for a scheduled class will result in a $10 late cancel/no show fee.
