About this event
Well, let's just say...be ready for anything! You will tap into your deepest potential and push the limits of what is possible. This class is All Levels and may bring in some non traditional poses and sequencing to allow you to explore your practice in a new way. This is your opportunity to get into some postures more deeply where you’ll be encouraged to stay longer (which can be harder than it sounds!). Step into this practice for an intentional slowing down kind of experience. The room is heated between 90 and 95 degrees. This class will be taught with music.
