About this event

The Pilates Tower Class is designed for the advanced matwork student who is looking to advance their practice. A full advanced mat is performed in the first portion of class, while the latter utilizes classic work from the Reformer, Cadillac and Guillotine. This one-hour class is great for those individuals who crave a little variety to their mat, as well as those who would like to experience a little of the pilates apparatus, but don’t necessarily have the resources for private training.
