Join us for a 60-minute Restorative Fascia Workshop designed to help your body soften, unwind, and restore. Using long-held, fully supported restorative poses, we'll gently encourage the release of tension within the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles and joints. This slow, calming practice promotes greater mobility, eases stiffness, and supports nervous system relaxation, leaving you feeling more open, balanced, and refreshed. Suitable for all experience levels, this workshop offers a peaceful opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and experience deep rest and renewal.
