About this event
Beginner Pilates Reformer is required for all clients without prior Pilates Reformer experience. This class focuses on Pilates basics while still challenging clients through work on the inner core & spinal mobility. Clients will also work on refining form & posture. If you have any injuries or are new the studio, please call to schedule.
