About this event
The foundation of all our Pilates programs, at a Beginner/Intermediate level. Every program we offer builds upon the information learned during this Classical Pilates mat class. Students will learn proper alignment, breath, core engagement, and flexibility training through exercises in the beginner and intermediate Pilates system. Change happens from the inside out. We believe that proper movement heals the body, mind, and soul.
