We’re heating it up and diving in deep. This low-impact flow is set to an awesome playlist and integrates weights, bands, and plyometrics to deliver a deep burn. Beats and breath guide us through a mindfulness practice followed by strength, flexibility, and mobility work. Clean sneakers or grippy socks required.
