About this event
November is Friendsgiving Month at Free To Be and we've got a select handful of classes throughout the month that we are co-teaching the classes with another FTB teacher friend and YOU get to bring a friend with you to class for free! About the style of class: Take your practice to the next level with this challenging class. You will explore inspirational variations of the poses and transitions which support in dialing up the intensity of the practice in the heated room. We recommend having at least 3 classes under your belt before coming to a Level Up class. The room is heated between 90 and 95 degrees.
