- ➤ On Jan. 31, 388 Terrytown customers lost power at 7:29 a.m. (as temperatures dropped) while Entergy New Orleans planned to restore service by 10 a.m. WDSU

- ➤ A water main broke in Carrollton today, flooding streets, collapsing a roadway and trapping a car; officials have issued a boil water advisory that remains in effect. WWL-TV

- ➤ New Orleans investigative journalist Delaney Nolan discussed her debut novel 'Happy Bad' on this week’s episode — the novel, released in October, draws on her experience covering public health and coastal challenges. WWNO
