- ➤ Tulane University's uptown campus will host the free 5th annual New Orleans Book Festival from March 12 to March 15 — featuring more than 250 authors, artists, storytellers, and sessions on literature, history, music, and food with an expanded Family Day on Sunday. Biz New Orleans

- ➤ Ursuline Academy closed Monday morning after a water main break on Panola Street disrupted water service and prompted a boil water advisory (from the east bank). Other Uptown schools remained open at 8 a.m. (students switched to virtual learning at Ursuline). NOLA.com

- ➤ The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony today at noon at 3333 Fourth Street in Central City for its first Double Up!
