- ➤ Family members of an Uber driver, his passenger, and a bystander grieve as Tyree Quinn faces trial today on two counts of second-degree murder and three counts of attempted second-degree murder for killings during Lundi Gras two years ago — evidence shows nearly 50 shell casings at the scene and that Quinn wore an ankle monitor, and the trial continues today at 9 a.m. WDSU

- ➤ JAMNOLA, an immersive cultural experience celebrating New Orleans’ art and music, opened today at its new 10,000 sq ft venue at 940 Frenchmen Street—featuring 29 art installations by over 100 local artists—and includes a mezzanine, event space, restaurant, and gift shop. The $5 million project is designed to attract 200,000 visitors in its first year and comes after a fire earlier this year that caused $50,000 in damage to an unfinished exhibit. Biz New Orleans

- ➤ Louisiana lawmakers are debating changes in auto insurance rules as they review bills that would limit payouts for car accident claims. Gov.
