New Orleans police investigated a shooting on the 14700 block of Peltier Drive on April 19 & a man was transported to a hospital in a private vehicle where he remained in stable condition.

New Orleans police arrested Keenan Robinson, 44, and Alphonse Smith, 43, in a joint narcotics investigation after executing a high risk search warrant on the 3200 block of Saint Peter Street and the 7500 block of Means Avenue—confiscating firearms, cash, various drugs and a stolen black Nissan Rogue—and have charged both men with multiple counts of drug law violations and illegal firearm possession.

New Orleans police are investigating a shooting on the 3700 block of South Claiborne Avenue where a victim was injured and taken to the hospital around 2:20 a.m. on April 20—officials have not yet confirmed the victim’s condition as the investigation continues.
