- ➤ A fire broke out at Shell Norco on Monday night from a hydrogen and gas leak that burned for over six hours into early Tuesday along Airline Highway, and crews continued to fight the blaze while officials affirmed no injuries or air quality issues. Fox 8

- ➤ The Port of New Orleans is nearly done demolishing eight historic warehouses on a 5.2-acre riverfront site in Lower Ninth Ward near Holy Cross.
