- ➤ Surveillance video shows that on May 2 at the Walmart parking lot on Tchoupitoulas, a New Orleans officer, after treating a man for an alleged overdose, became trapped in the open door of a moving car and was thrown into the street, which led her to fatally shoot the driver—both the officer and a nearby shopper were taken to University Medical Center.
