New Orleans police are asking the public for help in identifying seven suspects who broke into a French Quarter business at 1:28 a.m. on July 5 and stole property before fleeing—five males and two females.

Kenner Police are asking for help to find 17-year-old Anton Ross who went missing after meeting unknown people in a grey Infiniti at the intersection of Salem Street and 27th Street on June 30 — he was last seen wearing a black hoodie with a red Polo logo and gray pants and is described as 6 foot 4 and weighing 145 pounds.

At the Essence Festival on July 5th, Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson inspired the crowd by urging people to learn about the court and its inner workings—she shared her experiences with fellow justices and encouraged young people to get involved in public service.
