- ➤ Downtown New Orleans will host the 4th annual Manning Family Children’s Holiday Parade on Dec. 6 at 11:00 a.m.—the event will feature 30 holiday-themed floats, high-flying balloons, and festive throws decorated by Manning Family Children’s patients.
