- ➤ Port NOLA officials said on November 14 that progress on the Louisiana International Terminal at Violet in St. Bernard Parish remains stalled due to a delayed Army Corps of Engineers permit review—rising costs and local opposition add pressure while the port and its commercial partners review projected costs and environmental impact assessments. They stressed that construction cannot begin until the permit is issued. NOLA.com

- ➤ The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans issued a boil water advisory for parts of New Orleans East after a water main break dropped pressure below 20 psi and water quality teams began testing samples with results expected within 24 hours.
