Beginners are welcome to attend any of classes which best fit their schedule but if possible we encourage attending a few of these Basics classes first. In the Basics classes you will get a solid foundation in ukemi (the art of falling/rolling safely), Aikido movement patterns, Aikido etiquette, and basic Aikido techniques.
