- ➤ Deputies say a 41-year-old woman is accused of killing another during an early-morning fight on Saturday at the 5200 block of Sharpe Road in Crown Point when a dispute over a handgun led to it being fired twice, hitting the victim in the head while the accused suffered a leg injury; she was later booked on one count of manslaughter after leaving the hospital.
